Our laboratory website has been renewed

We have completely renewed the website of the Laboratory of Stress and Adaptation Biology. The new design makes generous use of photographs and white space to give a calm, easy reading experience. The Research section introduces our four research themes: freezing adaptation, cell walls and polysaccharides, desiccation tolerance, and protein language models. Each theme is presented with schematic illustrations and time-lapse videos. Publications can now be filtered by type, and each entry links directly to the published article. The site has been rebuilt on GitHub Pages with a responsive design, so the layout adjusts automatically to the screen size of computers, tablets, and smartphones. All pages are available in both Japanese and English. We will continue to share our research findings and news from the lab here.
